For Team Beefcake Racing their shop car had to be all about some Vortech Supercharged fun, in a modern Mustang that’s comfortable to drive, and a blast on the street track. Known for his big personality and building some very fast Mustangs Terry Beefcake Reeves is selling his Team Beefcake Racing 2014 Mustang GT Team shop car on eBay. Featuring some of the best parts available for a street going Stang, this proven 10-second Coyote powered, Vortech JT-Trim blown beast is a deal.
The car has served as Beef’s backup car, a development mule for Team Beefcake Racing and its partner Finish Line Performance, and even was the winning ride in the All Female Shootout at the NMRA’s Norwalk event.
The car began life as a 2014 GT Premium with just about every option you can imagine. This included an auto trans, glass roof, leather seats, and shaker audio system, just to name a few of the many factory options in place right off the assembly line.
From there Beefcake, along with his associates at Finish Line added a Vortech JT-Trim supercharger, Injector Dynamics 800cc injectors, and Stainless Works 1 7/8-inch headers.
A Circle D converter helps transmit that power through the otherwise untouched automatic transmission. There’s a slew of BMR suspension components in the back, as well as the company’s lowering springs. Sitting on Racestar wheels with Nitto rubber, the car has been a best in the quarter-mile of 10.45 at over 131 MPH with a 1.56 60-foot time.
With over 700 hp at the crank and more than 600 hp making its way to the rear tires, this beast can still average 25 MPG cruising on long hauls, if you can keep your foot out of it. There’ s just over 7,000 miles on the odometer, making this a barely broken-in machine.
So why is Beefcake parting with this car? He’s had a 2015 GT on order since the order bank opened, and it’s time to move on and work with Ford’s all new platform to develop parts and packages for his customers that work. With over $16,000 in modifications you couldn’t buy a used 2014 GT Premium and build it for the asking buy it now of $39,995, let alone just a new Mustang with the options.
We have a feeling this one is going to sell quick, so you better call Beefcake now.
