Located in Ontario, California – Bojix Design has been around for only a short time in the automotive industry. The company is best-known for tuning the blue oval’s hot-hatchback varieties, with the recent Focus and Fiesta ST models being on their radar.
With the later 2.0 liter EcoBoost engines only a few years old now, and the more-recent 2.3 liter EcoBoost engine found in the sixth-generation Mustang being only a year old, Bojix really stepped up to the plate with their SEMA designed ’15 EcoBoost Mustang.
The mean, clean, EcoBoost machine plays host to numerous upgraded components which not only make this Mustang go fast, but look great in the process. The EcoBoost sports an awesome new paint job, which is mix of Lamborghini’s Bianco Isis White and Ford’s original Ingot Silver, along with a few custom orange touches – such as the orange powder-coated 20-inch by 11-inch front and 20-inch by 12-inch rear Rennen RL-50 forged wheels.
Apart from the cosmetic changes, the car features some stellar go-fast parts, such as a complete intercooler package, down-pipe, upgraded turbocharger, and intake from Full-Race Motorsports. The exhaust system was designed by Bojix, with the help of Magnaflow for the installation. The chassis also received a much needed to pull more g-force treatment too. Upgrades such as Cortex Racing front and rear coilovers and adjustable front and rear sway-bars and end-links made themselves at home on the EcoBoost, with the help some additional Ford Racing components, such as a rear-differential bushing kit and a 3.73 rear-end gear set.
